The work
Meeting intelligence for financial advisors, connecting conversations to the systems where their work happens.
My work focused on integration-heavy product development: CRM syncing, meeting providers, identity flows, and features across the existing platform.
My contribution
- Built and owned 6+ CRM integrations, including HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, AdvisorEngine, SmartOffice, and Advyzon.
- Synced notes, tasks, contacts, standard objects, and custom objects.
- Integrated Microsoft Teams, Dialpad, Twilio, and Zoom.
- Delivered inheritable account settings and meeting sentiment views; maintained integrations and expanded test coverage.
- Implemented and debugged OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT flows while working with external technical teams.
